Ah bliss, thy name is a brand new shopping cart at Wal Mart. Smooth wheels, no whompa, whompa, whompa, no shimmy shimmy coco bop. When pushed, it went in a straight line, when turned, it went where you wanted it to. Sigh. So, of course I put it in the back of the car to have next time.
Some time ago I speculated that it would be a week before some of the orchid pods in a posted picture bloomed. No, it took three weeks before they all finally opened.

Funny, there was a lot more to this post once upon a time - not sure what happened to it!!
I talked about watching a lot of basketball and knowing about the Men's bracket (go Mountaineers) but that we had to wait till tonight to find out about the Women go whoever can beat UConn).
Also talked about our new trees and that while the Redbuds were doing very well I was worried about the Anachero Orchid tree (or the Anchovy tree, as Barb calls it). However, we just walked the south 40 and I'm happy to report that the Anachero is doing nicely this morning.
So now you have all the news.
